The reseption staff was very polite and helpful, hotel is really brand new (fully renovated) and very clean, internet in the room was fast,I had almost everything in the room what was needed (I stayed in standard room) like kettle,2 tea cups, 2 glasses, mini fridge, desk, flat screen tv,hairdryer, shower gel, they also game me internet cable free for the length of my stay. We got a bottle of mineral water upon arrival. There is a small grocery shop near to the hoter- it was convenient. Towels were changed every day. All in all it is a good option to stay in Moscow so far ( especially summer time). The hotel was almost empty and things hopefully will not change when they are full
To get there is not easy if you dont know how. The best way: go to the nearest bus stop matveevskaia, go always to red metro when go out to the city, come back with light blue metro and take the bus again to Matveevskaia .Around hotel theare communal houses for not so rich people,so you will see not sober men often while you walk to the hotel, they also try to talk to you and look like criminals. They never replenish tea and coffe in the room, but in russian web site they wright it is complimentary. When I asked 4 it, they said it is only on the day of arrival, after I have to pay.The girl in the breakfast restaurant was the only not friendly and had some attitude problem, but breakfasts were good, nly not so much choice.

The hotel is located in a serene area of Western Moscow, making it a peaceful and quiet retreat from the bustling city. The value for money is excellent, with reasonable prices for the quality of service and amenities provided. The staff is attentive and helpful, ensuring that guests have a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with a phenomenal shower that adds a touch of luxury to the experience. The breakfast offered is delicious and varied, providing a good start to the day.
The hotel could improve by extending the opening hours of the kitchen and bar, allowing guests the convenience of late-night refreshments.

The location was very poor, not even the neighbours knowing where the hotel was, not mentioning the taxi drivers. The staff was its usual cold, grim and incompetant. The room was poor, without a place to hang your clothes...

Still very new and is getting its operational system into place. Will settle over time.

The hotel is situated in a quiet and tranquil location, away from the bustling city noise and commotion. It is easy to get to the Slavyanskij bulvar undeground station with their shuttle bus service. the rooms are cozy and clean with well-furnished bathrooms that have a great shower. the in-house restaurant serves excellent food.
The hotel lacks nearby restaurants and shops.

The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and could communicate in English well.
The location is very remote, for a first time traveler like me it was middle of no where, nothing to see around hotel, no cafe or restaurant, or any land mark. there was no money exchange service in hotel and could not find ay ATM nearby to with draw money.

the prices were very reasonable for what was offered. The value for money was excellent. Secondly, the attention to detail was quite impressive. The rooms were clean and tidy, with a single narrow bed that was surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom was especially noteworthy, with a phenomenal shower that provided a relaxing experience. Lastly, the location was convenient, being in a serene area of Western Moscow with easy access to the "Slavyanskij bulvar" undeground station. I was pleasantly surprised by the basic amenities, friendly staff, and enjoyable breakfast.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was perfectly fine.

During my business trip, I had a decent stay with good amenities and service. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a great shower. The in-house restaurant was a pleasant surprise with excellent food. The staff was friendly and professional.
The location was not ideal, far from any public transportation and food options. The area was also quite isolating, with no nearby shops or entertainment.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the clean and tidy rooms of the hotel. The staff was polite and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, as it was located near popular tourist spots and had easy access to public transportation.
I was disappointed with the limited dining options offered at the hotel during the festive season. With only one restaurant open and limited room service options, it was difficult to find a variety of food choices. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected while away from home.
